Throughput
Although compact in size, the maximum annual throughput for our larger X5000 machines can be 28.5 million bottles for a three shift operation running 6 days a week.
The machines normally require two hours sterilisation at he start of the day and two hours cleaning and CIP at the completion of production, leaving 20 hours for prodution. Allowing for scehduled and non scheduled stoppages it is reasonable to assume 19 hours production time for a three shift operation.
