New Zealand-based Xenos Limited are proud pioneers in the aseptic manufacturing industry – having developed and commercialised a unique, compact, technology for aseptic processing and packaging that now has a global reach.

Established in 2003, our privately-owned company works at the forefront of the revolutionary aseptic service industry, providing beverage producers with adaptable filling systems that guarantee a high degree of product safety.

Our mission is to revolutionise how the world thinks about long-life packaging, making our technology available to the market so that beverage producers world-wide can capitalise on a process that eliminates the need for preservatives, caters for a range of bottle containers and provides an impeccably hygienic, long-life product.

We aim to offer the most cost-effective aseptic technology solution for niche value-added products, through our precision-made, easy-to-operate bottle filling systems.

Xenos has designed, prototyped, and built this innovative aseptic processing technology, putting it through extensive and rigorous proof-of-concept testing in our own beverage business (producing 3 million units per year), before making it commercially available in 2008.

Significant research and development support was provided by the New Zealand government through business incubator schemes and a 2-year Technology New Zealand research grant.
